УкраїнськаDuring all the years of Khmelnytskyi RCRE’s activity, the courses took place in more than 60 cities, towns and urban-type settlements throughout Ukraine. At the beginning of 2021, more than 10,000 former servicemen have been retrained.
During 2012-2017, the center performed 4 contracts for the provision of training services concluded with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). 536 people were retrained in the following specialties: “Management” – 187 people, 7 groups (1 – Chernivtsi, 1 – Shepetivka, 3 – Zhytomyr, 2 – Novograd-Volynsky), “Accounting and Auditing” – 103 persons, 4 groups (1 – Zhytomyr, 2 – Starokostiantyniv, 1 – Ozerne), “Finance and Credit” – 77 people, 3 groups (1 – Ternopil, 2 – Zhytomyr), ” Design “- 136 people, 5 groups (3 – Berdychiv, 2 – Novograd-Volynskyi),” Electronic devices “- 33 people, 1 group (Berdychiv).
28 regional courses were held in Zhytomyr region, the venues were Zhytomyr, Ozerne, Novohrad-Volynskyi and Berdychiv.
The venues:
– on the basis of Zhytomyr Military Institute named after S.P. Korolyov (Zhytomyr), or its structural subdivisions (including 190 training center (Guyva));
– on the basis of military unit A-1435 (urban-type settlement of Ozerne);
– on the basis of military unit A-1724 (urban-type settlement of Ozerne);
– on the basis of military unit A-1735 (Zhytomyr, European University)
– on the basis of the garrison house of officers (Berdychiv and Novograd-Volynsky).
Within the Framework Agreement for 2018-2020 (contract №26036 / 2018), 13 regional retraining courses were held in 4 specialties:

– urban-type settlement Ozerne, Zhytomyr region – from March 21, 19 to May 25, 1919;
– Novograd-Volynsky, Zhytomyr region (online) – from 17.06.20 to 18.08.20;
– Zhytomyr (online) – from 05.10.20 to 04.12.20;
Accounting and taxation:
– Novograd-Volynskyi, Zhytomyr region – from 09.09.19 to 09.11.19;
– Khmelnytsky, and Novograd-Volynsky, Zhytomyr region (online) – from 05.10.20 to 05.12.20;
Design:
– Novograd-Volynsky, Zhytomyr region – from 15.03.18 to 06.05.18;
– Novograd-Volynskyi, Zhytomyr region – from 17.08.18 to 03.10.18;

Modern online technologies (in particular, Zoom Video Communications) allow significantly to expand the geography of retraining courses, bringing together students from different regions in one course.
